I cannot say enough great things about the tranquil team. They were with us every step of the way…literally!! Charles was phenomenal from start to finish. He was prompt and efficient with his communications, and helped me set up the whole trip for the group of 15. From the hotel they booked, guides, transportation, porters, and tents etc. it could not have been better.

Charles and his team are great guides. It was super interesesting to do the hike with them, super opened, and accomodating. It was an experience I look forward to repeating, but probaby for more days next time. We did the 1 day hike, and it was perfect for the time that we had, and the group we were. Thanks, especially to Hamisi, and Eliasa.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with them from the moment we landed, getting settled in, to every day on the mountain, to summit and down. Hamis, Elias, Janeth, Frank, Calvin, Hussein, Salim were top notch guides, all knowledge, friendly, approachable and accounting for our big group of 15 people from aged 22-66!
